In his role as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Development, he is well appointed to lead the company’s future planning efforts. Jim's wealth of experience spans a multitude of sectors, including healthcare, multi-family housing, hospitality, mixed-use developments, senior living, education, office, and general commercial.

Josh Sherfield is the President & CEO of Quiring General, LLC, bringing over 20 years of construction industry experience and a passion for leading high-performing teams. Since joining Quiring in 2014, Josh has helped shape the company’s strategic direction and culture, leading its expansion into new markets and deepening its commitment to operational excellence.

Under his leadership, Quiring has grown its presence in both Central California and the Bay Area while maintaining its focus on client relationships, people development, and successfully delivering meaningful, impactful projects.
