Valley Children’s Pelandale Specialty Care Center

The Pelandale Specialty Care Center consists of a two-story 40,000 s.f. medical clinic, accompanied with gardens, a playground, parking and site infrastructure. The primary focal point of the Specialty Care Center is the main atrium, enclosed with a glazed curtain wall and high level finishes intended to make doctor’s visits a little less traumatizing for children. Finishes include terrazzo flooring, interactive video areas, a 30-foot giraffe sculpture and a bubble tube forest.
