Sierra Crossing

Sierra Crossing stands as Fresno's first multi-family modular housing development, combining residential living with community and administrative spaces. The project features residential buildings with 96 dwelling units, a community building with common areas and a laundry facility, and administrative buildings with office spaces and a conference room. Utilizing factory-constructed modules, Quiring was able to deliver this project faster and more efficiently than traditional construction methods.
