Rancho Colegio

Rancho Colegio is an affordable housing project featuring two 3-story buildings comprised of 80 units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. A key highlight of the project is a large community center for community events and staff offices to support resident services. Additional resident amenities include laundry rooms in both resident buildings and a playground and basketball court at the center of the community.
