Paseo 55

The Project is a mixed-use affordable housing community consisting of 55 units of multi-family apartments containing one, two, and three-bedroom units on approximately 1.76 acres and up to 3,000 s.f. of commercial space. There are proposed to 16 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom, and 1 two-bedroom manager’s unit.
