Masonic Homes includes the renovation of two buildings: Adams & Wollenberg. The renovation of the Wollenberg building included the renovation of existing Assisted Living & Memory Care Building to serve Memory Care only. Type I construction (1950s Concrete structure). New exterior skin. Renovate 3 stories of double bedrooms into singles and associated common areas.
