This healthcare tenant improvement project renovated a dental office into a healthcare administrative office. Spaces include a offices, conference room with a kitchen and bar area, storage, and a staff break room and kitchenette, with an added restroom. The build-out integrated exterior upgrades with new interior finishes, lighting, and HVAC distribution to align with the revised layout and code requirements.
