Creekside Terrace

Preconstruction and Construction services for the development of a 42-unit multi-family affordable housing project in Mariposa, CA. Modular wood framing was used for this development to assist with budget and schedule. Creekside Terrace will add to the already beautiful scenery with amenities such as a spacious outdoor area, picnic tables, and an on-site laundry room. A centrally located community building will house a computer lab and meeting space ideal for resident services such as exercise classes, various social activities, wellness programs and after school programs for children. Creekside Terrace’s energy-efficient features include a Solar PV energy system to provide renewable electricity for common areas and residential loads. The project is being funded by US Bank as the Construction Lender; Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC as the Permanent Lender through a USDA 538 guaranteed loan; Mariposa County for Permanent Local Housing Allocation and Infill Infrastructure Grant funds; Mariposa County Health and Human Services Agency for Whole Person Care funds; Housing & Community Development (HCD) for No Place Like Home funds ,Permanent Local Housing Allocation and Infill Infrastructure Grant funds; and Enterprise Community Partners as the Tax Credit Investor.
