Big Sandy Rancheria

Big Sandy Rancheria Living Quarters is a new multi-family residential development, consisting of two 2-story apartment buildings with a total of 12 units, including four one-bedroom units, four two-bedroom units, and four three-bedroom units. These permanent apartment units are intended to support housing availability for members of the tribe. The community features ground-floor porches, upper-level balconies, tuck-under parking, and a central stair serving the upper residences, with the site also incorporating a trash enclosure. The project is designated as a Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) development and is required to comply with applicable fire-resistive construction standards.
