120 bed Skilled Nursing facility, Single story wood framed OSHPD II, 48,613sf building, 3.5-acre lot, and solar panel carports. The facility is a specialized skilled nursing facility for the elderly that focuses on short term stays rehabilitating high acuity patients who need to transition from traditional hospital care to a less intensive care environment such as assisted or independent living. The facility contains two resident wings emanating from two nurses' stations. Every patient has a private room and each room has an attached private bath with shower.
