As President & CEO, Josh brings 17+ years of construction and leadership experience to Quiring General, LLC. Under Josh’s leadership, the company has experienced continued, sustainable growth including the expansion of a second office into the Bay Area of California. This expansion has allowed the company to not only grow financially but grow and deepen the experience of the team aligning with Quirings mission of Building What Matters. In Josh’s role, Quiring has expanded its project expertise and key relationships in all service areas including preconstruction, lean construction, design build, design assist, turnkey development and construction management.
In Josh’s role as President & CEO, he leads the company with executive direction to guide the company’s core values, vision and mission. He oversees all company operations, is key liaison between board members and other company executives. Josh has full decision-making power and guides the company to foster healthy, sustainable growth and financial health. He leads the development of all long- and short-term strategies to promote the longevity of the company.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings an invaluable breadth of knowledge to Quiring and the operations team. With his focus on developing continuous improvement training programs and partnering with the executive leadership team to develop the company’s vision, values and goals, he has successfully doubled the size of the operations team over the past 7 years. Mike also champions the safety efforts for the company, partnering with his team to provide ample training to mitigate risks so that all employees and trade partners go home safely.
Mike oversees all Central California operations to ensure that Quiring’s performance is consistent with the agreement, our values and our commitment to providing exceptional construction services. He leads and develops new growth directives and ensures the Central California staff has the necessary training and opportunities for growth. Mike also champions Quiring’s outreach program through partnerships with Colleges and Universities throughout Central California to recruit top talent.
With his 19 years of experience in the construction industry and extensive background in executive project management and architecture, Rich has developed relationships with HCAI and other industry leaders. After numerous years with Quiring General, Rich was charged with opening our second office in the Bay Area. He took the company culture and Quiring Experience to the Bay Area to create a start-up/grass roots operation, leading to generating 33% of Quiring Generals corporate revenue with his team in Pleasanton, CA. This expansion has allowed the company to not only grow financially but grow and deepen the experience of the team aligning with Quiring’s mission of Building What Matters.
Rich oversees all Bay Area operations to ensure that Quiring’s performance is consistent with the agreement, our values and our commitment to providing exceptional preconstruction and construction services. He leads and develops new growth directives and ensures the bay area staff has the necessary training and opportunities for growth. Rich partners with our Business Development team to cater to and build relationships with current clients, as well as foster and grow new client relationships in the Bay Area.
